Anne Arigho

Hi I’m Anne Arigho, living in Dublin, Ireland with my husband and four adult daughters. I am passionate about exploring how we have been uniquely created and how our thoughts and emotions, serve as a pathway to union with God. I believe by understanding and integrating our thoughts and emotions, we can deepen our self-awareness and cultivate a rich relationship with God. Following a 25 year career in financial services, in 2019, I pursed a call to become a Life Coach. I am a certified Metanoia coach, and also a Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation having obtained an Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience. I am also an Accompaniment Coach certified in APEST and StrengthsFinder through the Human Formation Coalition and I am currently completing a Certificate in Child, Parent, and Adolescent Coaching.

Many women navigate life in survival mode, overwhelmed by the relentless demands of juggling multiple responsibilities, leaving them disconnected from their true selves. Their beautiful and unique design often becomes obscured under the weight of daily pressures. By providing a safe, supportive space to explore their inner thoughts, unearth long-suppressed emotions, and process sudden eruptions of feelings, women can embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and restoration. In this journey, they begin to hear God's voice more clearly, deepening their relationship with Him and aligning their lives with His purpose for them. This process reveals their unique beauty and purpose, helping them understand their story, recognize their strengths, and embrace who they were truly created to be. With this clarity, women can step into a life of purpose, fulfilment, and authenticity, rooted in both their humanity and their divine calling.
