Hi, I’m Carol! I live in the United Kingdom. My passion is helping Catholic women find hope, joy, and peace and grow in confidence in all circumstances of life, and particularly in times of suffering or waiting. Coaching has helped me to discover my unique design, and my purpose and mission in this season of life. This has been invaluable during times of suffering and sitting with unanswered prayers; silently waiting for the Lord.I am a certified mindset coach with Metanoia Catholic. Through their program, I have learned how to conform my mind to God’s truth and invite the Lord into deeper areas of my heart and mind for healing and renewed hope. And I have been trained to teach you to do the same. Alongside a Masters in Theology with a concentration in Spiritual Direction, my life coaching services are Christ-centred.

My mission is to equip Catholic women with the necessary tools and skills to persevere in life amidst the valley of tears. I created the Ave Maria Coaching (www.avemariacoaching.com) ministry to accompany Catholic women who struggle when life does not turn out as planned. This could be in relationships, self-esteem & identity, or finding purpose & direction. We were not supposed to go through the struggles of life alone. I want to accompany those who are looking for faith-based help, and support them along the journey of life.
