About Catherine

Hi there! My name is Catherine, and I am a wife and a mom of 3. After having 3 babies in 4.5 years, my life wasn't what I expected. Motherhood didn't bring out in the best in me, and I struggled with anger and yelling until I found Catholic coaching. I finally had practical and effective tools to help me show up as the mom I wanted to be. I became a coach to help others do the same. In addition to being certified through Metanoia Catholic, I am currently pursuing coaching certifications in CliftonStrengths and in charisms, as well as a parenting coach certification. I love learning new skills in order to best serve my clients! When I’m not coaching or enjoying my family, you’ll find me enjoying hot tea, baking, crafting, music, or a good book.

Work with Catherine

As moms, we often exhaust ourselves attending to the needs, demands, and emotions of every person in our families (except ourselves). We do our best to keep our cool and juggle all that life throws at us… but sometimes we just can’t seem to hold it together, and we react and EXPLODE. We yell and feel that horrible “mom guilt” afterwards and worry about how we are messing up our kids. No one wants to be the “yelling mom” or the “angry mom”, but so many of us find ourselves in that reality with no one to talk to about it and feel trapped in a repetitive cycle of reactivity, guilt, and worry. I’ve been there myself, and I know I can help you! There IS hope. Change IS possible. You can learn how to partner more with the Lord in your parenting so that you can show up as the mom you want to be for your family. My clients yell less and find more peace in parenting by understanding their unique triggers and learning how to process their emotions with Christ. They find more confidence and joy in parenting by understanding and embracing the unique mom that God made them to be for their unique kids instead of comparing themselves to all the other moms around them. Are you ready to stop yelling and start parenting with more peace, confidence, and joy? Let’s get started!
