I live in upstate New York, and I have been an educator for many years. My students have ranged in age from 4 to 90! Most of my experience has been in Catholic schools, and now I lead teacher formation workshops.

I am a Certified Catholic Coach through Metanoia Catholic as well as a level one Certified CliftonStrengths Coach through the Human Formation Coalition. I desire and seek harmony and integration that is interior as well as communal, in Christ Jesus who saves, heals, and frees us.

Life is complicated, and it often seems impossible to untangle the so many things that can make us feel stuck. Our minds are made for Truth, and yet sometimes we cannot clearly see it.

Full schedules, lots of demands, full inboxes, input coming from every direction! Most of us are barraged and bewildered and need some space and a guide to look at reality well and listen to the Truth that wants to dwell in our minds and hearts. Christ said: I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

I can help you sort through what burdens you and recognize the one thing necessary. You will grow in freedom one thought at a time, in harmony with the Way God created us as human persons, His beloved sons and daughters.
