About Crystal

Hi, I’m Crystal— wife to my high school sweetheart of 40+ years , mom to two amazing kids, lifelong educator, and Catholic life and mindset coach. I’ve lived the nomadic life of an Army brat and Air Force wife, so I know a thing or two about transitions and figuring out who you are when everything around you changes.

Though I’m a cradle Catholic, I didn’t discover what it meant to truly walk with Jesus until my 40s. We were checking all the boxes—Mass, sacraments, parish life—but I didn’t know what I didn’t know. Then came a powerful encounter with Jesus (ask me about it—it’s a good one!) and a painful job loss after 30+ years in education that rocked my identity.

It was messy. But it was holy. And through it, God invited me to something new: helping others unpack life’s messes with Him.

Work with Crystal

If life ever feels overwhelming, unclear, or just…a little off, you’re not alone. I’ve been there—more than once. I might have been there yesterday.

Through it all, I’ve learned how deeply we need space, support, and truth—especially when life feels uncertain or out of sync.

I’ve also learned something else: I used to keep God in a box. I’ve (rightly) been accused of trying to manage Him, my life, and everyone in it. But over time, I’ve let Him unpack my life with me—and it’s changed everything!

Now, I offer that space to others. I coach Catholic women and parents through identity shifts, life transitions, relational tensions, and mental overwhelm—always with compassion and always through the lens of how God uniquely designed each person.

We’ll explore how your temperament shapes the way you relate, lead, think, work, play, and parent— and how honoring that design brings more clarity, connection, and calm (without losing yourself or your faith). You’ll start to see patterns and purpose, even in the mess. This isn’t about fixing. It’s about pausing, noticing, and inviting Jesus into the real story, so you can live with more joy, less conflict, and the freedom to let go of control—and move forward with clarity, confidence, understanding, and peace.

Your story’s not stuck. It’s still unfolding—with Christ leading the way.

Let’s unpack it—together.
