I bring a variety of life experiences into the coaching relationship. I have experienced the joyous realities of parenting all the temperaments, as the mother of 7 children, and 9 grandchildren, God also gifted us with the treasure and challenges of a special needs child. My Catholic faith was nourished from Bible Studies both as participant and leader. I worked a variety of leadership roles in religious education at the parish level. Within that framework, I continue to use my professional skills in development for the non-profit sector. I enjoy the outdoor sports but family game nights are a highlight around here.

We have the power to choose joy. Yet, sometimes we need support to harness that deeper calm and peace in life’s circumstances and disappointments. I’ve been there myself which is why I want to encourage you to find joy when you are feeling desperate for something better.
