These are some of the beliefs that I want to help you choose and become confident in for yourself, every day. Hey there! My name is Emily Anne, and I am so excited to meet you!

I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we've been blessed with 4 beautiful treasures here on earth whom we get to explore, experience, and unwrap this gift called life with. We currently have 2 pups, 3 chickens, and a garden that is either well-tended to and flourishing or neglected and on its last leg (much like how I used to feel before my coaching journey). I received my Catholic Coaching Certification from Metanoia Catholic in November of 2023.

Now enough about me, let’s get to know you!

I know the deep pains of questioning your worth and abilities as a wife, mother, and homeschooler. I also know the deep pains of not liking what you see in the mirror and constantly beating yourself up for unmet expectations. However, I have come to know the joy and freedom that comes from finally being able to accept (and work towards accepting) these 3 truths in my own life: “I am beautiful, I am enough, I can do this”. My greatest hope is that you will grow in your relationship with Christ and get to know who He truly is.

My hearts’ desire is to help you grow in self-acceptance right where you are, while also refusing to stay stagnant by moving forward with Christ and the plans He has for your life.Would you take that step in faith and come alongside me and the Holy Spirit?
