I'm Jeanne and live in Virginia with my husband, David. I've been blessed with incredible work experiences over the past three decades, most recently leading the March for Life for 12+ years, including when Roe v. Wade was overturned. Today I am working to build a culture of life by coaching and consulting with and for ministry leaders and organizations, seeking to help them grow and fully flourish humanly, spiritually, and professionally.
The contributions I offer draw directly from my years of work at the March, but also the years preceding. Early on in my career, I worked for the Catholic Church in the areas of formation and education (youth ministry, campus ministry, adult formation); I then went to work for the federal government focusing on pro-life public policy issues. After that, I served as Director of the Center for Human Dignity at a DC-based, Evangelical think tank, writing, analyzing, doing media around pro-life topics. My professional experiences have allowed me opportunities to work closely with many organizations and leaders within the Catholic Church, with bishops, priests, university presidents and faculty, apostolic leaders, and federal and state elected officials.
In terms of education, I have a master’s degree in theology of Marriage and Family from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in Washington, DC, an undergraduate degree in Psychology; and a coaching certification through Metanoia Catholic.
Even in the beautiful realm of nonprofit ministry, leaders can be challenged by the many complexities of running an organization -- from board management to finances to strategic planning to HR situations to even sometimes burnout. Having walked this path, I’m committed to supporting and accompanying leaders with an eye to their full human and professional flourishing. I believe that God wants His beloved children to live a rich and abundant life, professionally and personally, and that the challenges at work serve as excellent opportunities for growth when approached well. It has been my experience that as leaders are open to growth in human, spiritual and professional formation, the organizations they serve often flourish even more tangibly. I’d be honored to accompany leaders seeking such support, growth and fruitfulness. I offer an initial free, exploratory session. Email me at jeannefmancini@gmail.com to schedule a session.
