Joyce Santiago-Wang

Hello! I’m Joyce Santiago-Wang, wife and mom to three young adults, whom I had the added privilege of homeschooling. Since returning to the Catholic Faith many years ago, I have loved learning about and sharing the beauty of our Faith in many ways.

After almost two decades in the corporate world, I co-founded and am an Executive Coach at Lead Out Coaching and Consultancy providing Christ-centered company culture building programs and executive and life coaching services. I am also a certified facilitator of several leadership programs.

As an active member of the CCD Ministry of my parish, I'm honored to support parents in bringing up their children in the Faith and to witness the growing faith life of our students.

It is my hope and prayer that one day I will hear Our Lord say the words, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”

We are entrusted by God with roles, opportunities, people, relationships, talents, and resources of which He asks us to steward according to His will. At times, the doubts, fears, overwhelm, uncertainty can leave us stuck or confused in how to move forward. The struggles we face, mistakes we make, unmet expectations, or unhealed wounds seem to be insurmountable.

As we work together, and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we will uncover and work through what gets in the way of understanding and fully living out the purpose God has for you and stewarding that which has been entrusted to you. With clarity, you will have the freedom, joy and peace to make choices and take action in alignment with God’s design and purpose for your life.

Having undergone a deep personal crisis many years ago, I know what it is like to feel lost, stuck and unsure. In God’s mercy and compassion, He rebuilt my identity, showed me how to live with and in Him, and gave me my mission: to help others know and live out their identity in Him and the purpose He has for them. Since then, I’ve worked with people in their various roles at work, as parents, students, and more. I also work with companies to build a corporate culture consistent with a Christian worldview. I hope to walk with you as you discover and step into the unique mission God has for you.
