I’m Kristin- a Catholic coach, wife, step-mom, the silliest of dog moms, an auntie, a sister, a daughter, and an empathetic, encouraging prayer warrior.

I am trained in Clifton Strengths, charisms, temperments, mentorship, and am a Certified Catholic mindset Coach.

I bring business world experience to the table having had careers in teaching, marketing & graphic design. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I offer a space to be heard, understood, and help win the battles in the mind in order to create a path to healing and right action.
