Hi, I’m Leslie Adamson, a certified Catholic coach, Catholic convert, and adult Third Culture Kid. I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband, and we are blessed with six adult children here on earth—and two little prayer warriors in Heaven. I’m also the founder of Trinity Anchored Formation, a ministry rooted in human and spiritual formation.

Above all, I am a beloved daughter of the Most Holy Trinity—a truth I didn’t fully embrace until my mid-50s. That identity now shapes everything I do.

For over two decades, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families whose lives were marked by the quiet pain of neglected human formation—distorted self-worth, fractured relationships, and buried God-given missions. I’ve seen firsthand how unhealed wounds, unresolved identity struggles, and spiritual confusion can keep Catholics stuck in patterns that stifle joy, intimacy, and purpose.

That’s why I created Trinity Anchored Formation—a grace-filled approach to healing and transformation rooted in Catholic theology, anthropology, typology, psychology, and relational wisdom. As a certified Catholic coach, adult Third Culture Kid, Catholic convert, and wife of 34+ years, I bring both professional insight and lived experience to every session.
