As a certified Metanoia Catholic Mindset Coach, I am excited about embarking on the mission of human formation through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one coaching.

While I am happy to coach anyone, I specialize in working with women who want to trade their confusion, overwhelm, and anxiety for a deep sense of interior peace.
