Guided by prayer and personal growth, I felt a clear calling to become a Catholic Mindset Coach who specializes in Smartphones and Social Media Addiction and Habits. Today, I help others break free from digital overwhelm and experience the joy and freedom of a more intentional life.

My mission is to empower you to reclaim control over your technology—one of the most subtle yet powerful distractions from your vocation, your work, and your spiritual life. As a Catholic coach, I’m here to encourage and inspire you in your pursuit of your goals. I believe that just as every person’s calling is unique, so too are the tools, habits, and rhythms that support it. But the ultimate goal is the same for all of us: deeper union with God and the journey toward sanctification.
