Hello Amazing Human!

I’m a certified Catholic Mindset Coach and Calm the Chaos Parenting Coach. As a joyful leader, I have the honour of guiding my 3 children in this adventure we call life. I grew up in a Catholic household with 2 brothers, my Deacon father (now with our Lord) and vibrant mom. 

I have seen God work in His mysterious ways as I’ve journeyed through marriage, parenting, divorce, co-parenting and annulment. My trust in His timing and plans has increased as I have known His peaceful presence in the joys and sorrows of this life. 

When I’m not coaching or leading retreats, you’ll find me learning (and laughing) my way through motherhood with my kids, enjoying my bunnies, and rediscovering joy in this amazing adventure of life.

God is good. All the time.

I accompany Catholics who are seeking peace, clarity, and renewal in their relationship with God and others. Coaching with me is gentle but real. We’ll laugh, maybe cry, definitely pray and tune in to what God is saying beneath all the noise. You’ll be seen, supported, and reminded that your story isn’t over. Group Workshops & Retreats

I lead online and in-person workshops and retreats that invite participants to integrate their faith with emotional and mental formation.

Each experience is reflective, practical, and deeply rooted in Catholic tradition. Participants leave with renewed clarity, compassion, and tools for daily growth.
