Theresa Matters
I’m a certified Metanoia Catholic Coach, mom of three, and lifelong Catholic who grew up in a home where faith was real — alongside two brothers, a beloved deacon dad now home with God, and a vibrant, faith-filled mamabear. My journey has included deep joys and deep suffering — from raising my three amazing kids to navigating a painful marriage and, eventually, divorce. Through it all, I’ve come to know God as a gentle healer who meets us right where we are — even when life looks nothing like we imagined. Now, I accompany women who are worn out, discerning, or rebuilding — especially in seasons of confusion, grief, or identity shift. Whether you’re struggling in motherhood, navigating a hard marriage, or healing from trauma, I offer a space to pause, process, and be reminded of who you are in Christ.
I also have two bunnies and am rediscovering joy in small things after years of self-doubt and overgiving. God is good — all the time.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, totally drained, or like you’re living a life that somehow stopped feeling like yours.Maybe parenting feels like a minefield — is your child’s neurodivergence or your own making things harder? I got you.
Maybe your marriage is confusing and heavy, and you’re trying to figure out what God actually wants.
Or maybe you’re navigating separation or divorce and wondering how to keep your faith from falling apart in the process.
Whatever your season, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I work with Catholic women who are in the thick of it — burnout, messy relationships, big transitions, identity loss, or just trying to hold it all together with grace and chocolate. Especially when life feels more like a holy hot mess than anything on Instagram.
Coaching with me is gentle but real. We’ll laugh, maybe cry, definitely pray — and tune in to what God is saying beneath all the noise. You’ll be seen, supported, and reminded that your story isn’t over.If you’re ready for a space to exhale and reconnect with who you are (and whose you are), I’d be honored to walk with you.
