Hi, I'm Gessica Tastove! I am Kansas born and bred and currently living in SE Kansas with my farming husband and 5 fun kiddos. My free time is filled with reading, sewing, baking, and re-organizing all the things! I love to help Catholic women gain confidence in who God made them to be, and how they can contribute to the world around them. I am a certified Catholic Mindset Coach (through Metanoia Catholic) and Clifton Strengths coach (with Human Formation Coalition).

Many women struggle with knowing who they are at their core, what they have to offer, and how to show up in confidence. They want to give time and energy to their families and communities, but are constantly overwhelmed or overstimulated, and don't know how to manage their thoughts and emotions in order to live from a place of peace, joy, and confidence. They turn to social media, online shopping, countless hobbies, distracting themselves from emotions they don't want to feel and thoughts they don’t want to face. Out of fear of rejection or criticism, they ignore their true purpose and true self. I've been there and I can help you. 4 years ago, I was in a place of powerlessness, resentment, and anger as a mom who was just trying to get through the day with 3 kids under 3.
